An underappreciated lean protein. Great to make pasta or lasagna. Ground chicken is a great substitute for ground beef due to its lower fat and calorie content. Ground chicken is made from both dark and white meat. Ground chicken has a light pink colour when it’s raw but turns white when its cooked. It will take on the colour of the seasoning you cook it with!
